The Quincy Public Library, established in 1888 as a tax supported facility, serves as the free library for the residents of the City of Quincy and the Townships of the Quincy Area Public Library District.
The Quincy Public Library will provide its patrons with materials, facilities, and programs to meet lifelong learning, cultural, and recreational needs.
